2" Missouri Made High Carbon Steel Timber Framing Chisel (MW2)

Maurice Walker (a kansas city local and customer of ours) has started making these timber framing chisels. Made out of high carbon steel from leaf spring steel, he hand forges them, quenches at 1500 degrees and tempers at 400. With a 35 degree bevel he sharpens up to 10,000 grit to give it a super fine edge. 13" Overall length. Slight variations in handle style as depicted in one of the photos.
