Was told they run small but took a chance anyway and ordered x large. These run about 2 sizes small.

Got anXLl fits like a LG,
washed it once in cold /cold , air tumble dry , 4 buttons fell off , jacket shrank to a M/L fit now.
If you are a medium fit order the XL wash it and check buttons or re- sew them on you should be good to go on this.
