Innovative tool with some flaws

This still appears to be the only ratcheting screwdriver on the market works both as a screwdriver and as a pistol grip. It's definitely worth it given the price, but the tool's major flaw is with the ratcheting mechanism. The ratchet has a total of 12 teeth. Lubricating the ratcheting mechanism alleviates the problem somewhat, but I prefer to use it without the ratchet. When in the pistol grip position, it is a bit uncomfortable to hold, but this problem can be alleviated with some modification. This makes a great gift for the price.

Great prices

Harry J. Epstein's prices are great, and the selection of tools is great.
Best price on these screwdrivers.

Solid ratcheting action, articulating handle

In addition to forward and reverse, there is a locked up central position on the selector. The handle can be bent over into a pistol position providing extra torque.
